What I do is have a photobucket or flickr account, load the pic up to that site, then they provide a link you can paste into body of the post and it will show your pics from your online album account.

If anything, San Diego will get swallowed into the greater Los Angeles Metro Area on paper at least as urban areas consolidate themselves bureaucratically.
