I honestly have no idea. It was taken from a hill on Upas. I was almost at Morley Field Drive at that point. That's all I can tell you!

That's actually the US Grant Hotel which was built in the late 19th century by the former President's son. If you haven't been to their Sunday Brunch then you're missing out on some excellently prepared classic 19th century foods.

A year ago today, we flew down to San Diego and fell in love with it. I had been there 26 so years ago, but had forgotten how wonderful it is. I love the weather, the ocean, the flowers - you name it. If I could live there, I would. It is spectacular. We stayed at Mission Bay, and walked to PB and the Crystal Beach pier...that was a walk! I think we need to make another trip to SD SOON!
Thanks for posting some of the best pics of SD I've seen - they just make you go AHHHH!!!
