Default Paradise Hills vs. City Heights

What are the differences and similarities between these two communities of San Diego? Which has less crime? better houses? better people? better neighbors? Better streets?

They are very different areas. Paradise Hills is suburban, City Heights is in the heart of the city.

"Better" depends on what you are looking for, but generally PH is going to be cleaner & safer than City Heights. Still, both have their share of problems and those problems are pretty visible just from a drive through (or even just looking via google street view)
