I know enough about that subject to know that you were way off in your post, wtf you wasn't even close.
BTW; Anyone on this board who works/knows someone in SDPD or SD Sheriff will tell you the same thing PERIOD!

Mission Valley and the San Diego river are littered with graffiti all the way to the Ocean. PB by the creek off MB HS is nothing but graffit too. I ride my bike daily so I see a lot of areas off the main roads and the graffiti is bad.
Linda Vista has a gang injunction and judging by the amount of tagging it's probably needed.

Nah i got an uncle in the PD n a bunch more people i could count off so dont use dat excuse on me. Wat was even wrong bout my post.? The locations of thee gangs was right. Skyline n round there is mostly black n oceanside is a mix wit gangs like brown pride and blood crews. East county got ECB n Bros...plus more.
