Read this before you move here...

Location: New Salem St. San Diego, Ca 92126
Rating: 6 out of 10

The complex is nice, neighbors are very quiet and keep to themselves. Grounds are well kept and dog friendly. Also conviently close to movies, target, vons and many affordable restaurants. Overall not a bad place to live. However Miramesa Blvd. is a very congested street and it can take up to 15 minutes just to get to the freeway. Also when i viewed the place I was excited about the gym- only to figure out later that the air conditioning is broken and they don't have any fans installed. When it is 85 degrees outside- it is 95 degrees inside and very stuffy. The temperature in the gym is even unbearable on a cool night. I've lived here for 6 months and the air conditioning still hasn't been fixed Also the groundskeepers have been hired to work on weekends- early in the morning! I find it very bothersome waking up early during my weekends to loud lawn mowers and annoying weed wackers. Those are the only negative things about the place, so if you wake up early anyway & don't care about working out then this is the place for you!

10/4/2008My 97 ford escort just got stolen from the gated parking structure not even a likely car to steal. So the gated parking structure is not very secure... whoever is stealing cars has the clicker to get in & out as they please. Safety rating - poor

Mirabella Point is not located in a very safe area. I'd rather live somewhere where I didn't have to worry about car theft, break ins, and mail theft.

How much is HOA??

People need to put alarms in their cars.
If your car is parked near your condo, then install a wireless motion detector in the car so when someone is inside your car, it will alarm inside your condo.

Tell the association to install security cameras at the parking lot and mailbox area. And they need to fix things if you are paying HOA.
Tell the association to change the gate clicker if a thief has access to the property. Be a member of the association.
