Default Thoughts on Carlsbad

I've been touring the entire North county and some inland areas for high quality Single Family homes with good schools.

I was particularly impressed with southern part of Carlsbad, seems to have good schools, near beach, and overall high quality of life.

Any thoughts on this area?

Thanks in advance!

I have lived in La Jolla, Rancho Bernardo, Mission Hills, Oceanside, Pine Valley, San Marcos, Pacific Beach and Carlsbad. The best for me was Pine Valley and Carlsbad. Carlsbad is a great community. I would highly recommend it.

Carlsbad is a great community. It is very pretty, with a good school district, which contributes to higher equity on a home. There is maybe one area to be weary of, but other than that, the community has a very good reputation and is a very safe place.
