Thanks sdurbanite. Both actually-the terraced garden slopes down to the canyon-our house is a one story casita at the street and a bit larger two at the back. The picture is taken from a Juliet balcony off the master bedroom where we keep the door open most of the year to take in the fresh air and sounds of the wildlife-including occasionally the howler monkeys from the zoo for great jungle effect! (I'm listening to rascally raccoons fighting a few yards away as I type and the coyotes sound like they're tearing up some poor rabbit to pieces) I feels like we are on safari sometimes lol.

You'll have to come by and check it out since it seems you like these older houses from your posts- I'll shoot you a private message if available

Cheers-

Now off to protect my vulnerable fish pond...If its not the raccoons its the damn Great Blue Herons thinking they're at a sushi bar!

Don't even think of inviting me over if you don't mean it! Because I have no problem biking to South Park from my house on a lazy weekend.

I'm hoping to make to the Fall South Park Walkabout on October 4th, as well. It's always a good time. Others out there should check it out because it's a great way to get a feel of this awesome neighborhood - South Park Walkabout
