I don't see them smoking in Chula Vista's Rancho Del Rey either.

yes, jk southbay, this whole area: Eastlake, Rancho Del Rey, Rolling Hills, Otay Ranch I hardly ever see smokers. Really I don't see many downtown either and I used to work off of W. Broadway. Maybe the tourists are the smokers.

True true.When I lived around 4th&L I didn't see it often over there neither.I'll say the tourists smoke often.Look at Downtown,go to Coronado's Orange Ave.I do see it there a little more than other places.

If you think it's bad there, try visiting Jacksonville, FL. WAY too many smokers here. I used to live in San Diego...a much better smoke-free/healthy environment where you all live than here in Northeast FL...although I think someone used to smoke near our Coronado condo...

Exactly. There's way more pressure not to smoke around here, and the only place I see people smoking are on the patios in the bars. Most people try hard to hide the fact that they smoke, since even they know it's a disgusting habit.
