I think it's great at night! Especially if you get one of the waiters that are really on top of things. Make reservations, though

I was very disappointed in the Prado. Food was mediocre. Not romantic at all.

I agree, just okay and a little on the expensive side for what you get. There are other restaurants much more romantic in my opinion.

I love the dining on the terrace, during the day looking out at Balboa Park. Some of the dishes are great. The Paella for instance. They also make a great mojito! Maybe not the most romantic spot but a great place to go with a friend or mother-in-law.
