Default Moving to San Diego, looking for cohousing or intentional communities

Hi, I'm David Senator I am moving to San Diego in Dec. 2008. Am looking for a intentional living situation. I have lived communally in the Bay area and Boston, and other place. I would like to find one in the San Diego area, or help to build one in the area. Also, I looking for good areas to live I will be working in just north of UC San Diego. I am moving from Boston, so i am use to high rents, but rents in San Diego seem even higher.
So any help well be welcome.
Thanks

What is an intentional community or intentional living situation? Do you mean institutional? Do you mean sharing an apartment with roommates?

D. Senator, No cohousing here when I last checked. What prior cohousing group did you reside?
