Is anyone familiar with these? It looks like they used to be apartments and were converted to condos. Any opinions good or bad?

Default Love 'em

I moved here in September of 2007, I live in one thats a condo now. Some have been converted, but I think a good portion of them are still "apartments." If you move here I suggest going through a private owner. Lots of them are for sale right now, I saw a 3bd/2ba going for only $219000!!! I've never had any problems here, its very secure, there's always a security gaurd patrolling when it gets dark out. The landscapers do a great job maintaining the grounds. They just re-surfaced the ground everywhere in here, and made more parking spaces. The only complaint that I have about this place is that the gym is constantly needing attention, people just let their stupid kids run around in there and they end up breaking or damaging machines. Other than that, I love it here!
