I don't think it actually takes place in a real suburb or area of San Diego, probably just a fictional community name or just San Diego in general. It's not filmed here either.

It actually takes place a little bit north of Oceanside a little inland but not far. it is in either San Diego County or Possibly on the tip edge of Orange County, Some Seens are tookin place in Rowland Hills, a Census Des. Place East of Diamand Bar.
