Default how is the Black Mountain Ranch area?

hey i've been looking online for homes/condos and i was wondering if anyone knew how the Black Mountain Ranch area was? area code 92127
i've read a lot of posts but i haven't seen anything really written about this area. area safe, ect. thanks

It's generally speaking a safe suburban area. 92127 is a Rancho Bernardo zip code that also includes 4S Ranch.

It's all pretty much run of the mill suburbs dotted by the odd supermarket mall. It's close enough to the ocean where things don't get to hot in the summer or to cold in the winter while the housing stock was built any where from the late 1970's to just a few years ago depending on which development you look at.
