Default Help finding a house in San Diego suburbs like Ramona...

I am looking for a nice house in a quite neighborhood but need help.
If anyone has suggestions about where to look or even a recommendation for a specific house please reply. I am open to providing a finders fee, depending on how good a deal I find.
Thanks

Research an area in Ramona called "San Diego Country Estates"

Lot mins, custom homes, great value, good schools....gorgeous area.

The rest of Ramona is forgettable in my opinion.

We need a bit more information to give you some helpful advice. What exactly are you looking for in a neighborhood? Are you married with kids so that school districts matter or are you single (or plan to send your kids to private school) and so the district doesn't matter? How far out do you want to live? Is living near the beach important to you? If you dislike suburbia and want to live in a more urban setting then I'd recommend one place but if that is not true then I'd recommend a totally different one. Do you want to live close to an entertainment district? What about shopping? Are big box stores ok or do you prefer shopping at locally owned mom and pop type places? Where do/will you work and how important is it to have a short commute?

There are a million questions which we'd need answered in order to give you a decent recommendation.

Interesting....I've never thought of calling Ramona a "suburb".

Ramona isn't really a suburb of San Diego. It's really an ex-urb in the North County inland area pretty far from the city.
