Default Looking for a broker to look for beach front property

We are from out of area (northern california) and now that the house prices have taken a hit with foreclosures, we want to start looking at beach front properties.

We are looking for a great deal as this will be our vacation home and if there is any broker out there would like to spend time to help us find a home, Please send me a direct message.

Thanks
