Default Know of +55 adult communities in San Diego County?

Does anyone have any info on +55 communities in San Diego County? I'm looking into a gated type private community. Mobile homes are fine and I don't need a golf course. I used to live in OC over 20+ years ago and am not that familiar with San Diego County. Any help with location would be great!

High Country Villas in Encinitas (near Encinitas Blvd. and El Camino Real) are nice.

What kind of budget are you looking at? Since there are many 55+ communities in Rancho Bernardo, but I don't think any are mobile homes. However, if you find a mobile home community, the space rent may make it similar in price to a house.

I'd like to keep prices in the mid 200's or lower that's why I was thinking mobile homes. I've seen space rents from the mid 100's to over 600 monthly. I'd like to keep that as low as possible that's why I mentioned I didn't need all the amenities like a golf course though a pool would be nice. I checked in OC and they're all over the place with prices and space rents; even saw one with no space rent just association fees. Or is that the same animal just worded differently? I have to admit my lack of knowledge of the San Diego County area. We used to live in Santa Ana and for a time I worked in Corona. The weather, highest sales and property taxes in the country are driving us out. I wished I didn't have to leave Southern California all those years ago but aging parents forced us back.

Here is a mapping of some of the places available. Of course, getting something that is gated is generally more expensive, that is not standard is this area.
Carmel Valley Real Estate MLS, Sorrento Valley Homes For Sale, Foreclosures and Carmel Valley
