new to town. in the past ive relied on sites like fitspin.com or gympost but thought this forum might have some good insight too.

My sister joined a spa at the sheraton by the airport, it was very cheap and very clean, modern but best of all; not many people because its mostly for people staying in the hotel. So its perfect if you dont want a crowded gym.(with the usual gross people)
