Default Ramona?

Whats it like living in Ramona? Are there any areas to stay away from? Our goal is to buy some acreage (10-20 acres) with or without an existing house and have horses, ponies, and go-carts for our kids enjoyment. Thx!

Small town country but it is near a major city so land prices are high.

Ramona...same as it ever was...slightly run down and rough around the edges...but mostly decent people in modest houses. Parts to stay away from are the northeastern area by San Pasqual SHP.
