Default Newer East County Planned Communities

Is anyone aware of any newer planned communities within a 20 minute or so drive from the El Cajon/Spring Valley area? I know there are some in East Chula Vista, what about Santee, or anywhere else?

There's a community called Sky Ranch which is on top of the hill above 67 just east of Santee. There are some smaller infill developments in Santee - Riverwalk and Canopy Park. That's about it IMHO.
