Default Daycare in SD Northeast - Poway, RB, etc

Hello all, we are moving from Chicago to SD, and will likely live in one of the northeast suburbs (another thread to help us figure out where). We have 2 young children, and will need to find daycare or nanny for them. does anyone have any experience with a Daycare that they would recommend? On the other side, if there are any that you think we should avoid, that would be good to know as well. We will likely live in a 10 mile radius of Poway/RB, so something in that vicinity...Thanks

My son briefly attended daycare called Discovery Isle, they have multiple centers in different locations throughout inland north county. It seemed an okay place (he kept getting sick, but, with 10 kids per room and a shared playground, that's unavoidable). Their full time rates were ~$900/month for 5 days a week, up to 11 hours a day.

I work for a place in the Rancho Penasquitos area. We are NAEYC accredited and have awesome ratios. Our hours are from 6:30am-6pm. I love working there and I know a lot of parents that have recommended this place to their friends. If you would like anymore information please private message.

Thankyou both! Despite moving cross country and job search for both of us, this will be the most difficult decision, b/c kids are involved. We have a great nanny currently, and we are most upset about leaving her (offered to take her with us, but that is not realistic...for her). So, we will have to try our luck again. Lil Jhwk, i will try to figure it out and email you...
