I actually typed up a post saying that I don't even think Chaldeans get highly subsidized tuition unless they were of former displaced refugee status. And that if they did, they'd have to do FAFSA like everyone else so that their apparent "wealth" would prevent them from getting the supposed "free ride" that they're getting.

Those Chaldeans are displaced Roman Catholics who were escaping big-time and dangerous racism in Iraq. I seriously doubt any of them are on any sort of scholarship as most of them were able to sneak sums money/jewels/metals out of their countries. They also have a well established network here.
