Default CV homes

Aloha

We have heard that their are homes in Carmel Valley priced in the 300-400 K range....????? I can't seem to find any when I search online and when we previously lived their they sure were not that low....does anyone know if this is accurate? I know condos can be in this range but we are looking for homes only. Thank you.

Maybe they meant Chula Vista, where that pricing is the going range, but not Carmel Valley.
