Future Sonic Locations
Where are they going to be at?The one in Santee is a big hit.It draws 14,000 people a day.Busiest in the Nation I believe.
I know Vista and RPQ are next on the list with a Fall 2009 opening. But what about the heart of the City or down here in South Bay?

I'm sorry, but that place sucks! The quality of the food Is terrible, it's like eating lunch when you were back in elementary school
I really don't see all why people are so thrilled that we have one now.
Just stick with In-N-Out

In-N-Out is on a completely different level.
But Sonic's breakfast sandwiches and lemonade drinks are awesome.
I'm really hoping they get in around the Chula Vista area. I think they would clean up here. Of course I'm looking out for my own interests here ....

I had a friend that was addicted to some lime cherry diet thing from Sonic, and drank like 2 of the largest size of it per day. She then got a kidney infection and was told it was from drinking too much artificial sweetener.
Completely useless post, but I just get reminded of this whenever I hear about / see a Sonic. LOL

HA.I love IN N Out but when you eat that about 7 times a month it's time to switch it up.I was so excited when they opened up on ELP and Birch.Knowing our idiot mayor she would say no to that like she says no to all good things this city could have.

For real. The smell of In-N-Out literally wafts through our windows several times a day, and we got a bit ridiculous the first few weeks we were here, but we've calmed down since.
We have an idiot mayor? Wonderful. It seems like this part of Chula Vista could use some more eating places. Not that I want to see it become crowded and clustered, but a few more options would be nice.
Sonic would be glorious.

Before Sonic opened in Santee, I did a few business trips to Ft. Worth. My co-worker liked Sonic so we ate from there a couple of times.
It's fast food. It's saltier and fattier than even MacDonalds. But it is a fun place, and there's much more variety on the menu.

Yep...that.
But, now that I'm in a state that doesn't have In n Out, I definitely miss it I-n-O. Especially the fries.
Sonic has a different taste and definitely offers more of a variety of items. However, I find their fried items (french toast sticks, onion rings, corn dogs) to be way too greasy.
Now...Steak n Shake...get that one in San Diego and then you'll really enjoy switching it up between the 3.
