Klaudia is on a distinguished road
Thx, Sdurbanite!
Sounds like just what we're looking for. We're a little nervous about the move. Mostly because of our kids. But it's all mixed with exitement!

Can anyone recommend any areas in the SD area? I was offered a GREAT job and might consider breaking my lease and moving sooner than march.

We really like the Encintas area but the fiance is wanting to live more in SD.

I would love if this was available when I moved: LCHOMES.COM

Only 1/2 mile from the beach, and has a garage!

Didn't realize kids were in the mix. In that case, you might wanna check the suburbs for better schools or plan on dishing out money for private school, should you decide to live in the more central neighborhoods.

It's the same problem that plagues most major cities, bad schools in the coolest neighborhoods.
