Hello I am just a mailman making & meger mailman wage and yet I will find myself working in Carmel Valley soon! Please help with advice on where we can live for 1500 to 1700 rent a month and drive say 20 to 30 min to work! Have 4 lil kids and need at least 3 bdrmhouse.......Thanks!

My sister lives in Poway for 30 plus years. Great area, safe and *very good school district*. Reasonable prices. Hope you found something. I live in a very nice area outside of Seattle and Poway is one of the few areas that we could afford down there that we would consider going to.
