Hey again.
I posted here a while back about my move to san diego come july. turns out my job's headquarters is relocating to the 56 in penasquitos. I'd like to find a place for myself to live (1 bedroom preferably) that is around this area. Budget is a modest 1600 (willing to pay for a nice place), though I'd love to find a nice place for less. I am a graduating college male. I don't really like to party, so a nice quiet neighborhood is preferred. I could be leaving for work in the mornings around 6-7 if that makes a difference. give me your input. Phil |

Oh, I'll definitely want to rent until I get used to the area. Only been to SD a few times in my life and I'm not really familiar with the different neighborhoods. Plus my GF might be moving down later next year, in which case housing arrangements may change.

Why not live in PQ? It's quiet, suburban, and bland.
