Thank you for the replies. We will be down there in a few days for some interviews, so I will drive it to see. We cannot afford the Del Mar area. I looked at Poway and the most we could afford (around 400) looks pretty sketchy. I wonder if there are sketchy areas of Poway. I think I will ask that in another thread. Thanks!
