I remember years ago when the traffic is backed up for hours especially if there's something happening at the border i.e. shooting, car chase, etc.
If you want an idea of what you could be facing, go to Google maps and when you look at the San Diego map, follow the I-5 all the way down to the border and switch to satellite. You can follow how far traffic is backed up into Tijuana. |
