San Diego for Halloween?!?!?!?
I'm going to San Diego for Halloween and the Chargers game but I want to see what nightlife the city has to offer. I will be staying downtown. Any help as far as what bars, restaurants and shopping areas would be nice.

The Monster Bash is not that great. Come to Hillcrest for the Nightmare on Normal. Still close to downtown but a much better atmosphere. From what I recall, the Monster Bash allowed children last year, which made it awkward for those in revealing costumes. The event in Hillcrest is for 21 and up. It's from 7-10, then many of the bars here follow with Halloween parties.
