Default Treviso Townhomes in Santee

Hello Everyone

We are moving back to San Diego County and am wondering if anyone lives or knows the scoop on the Treviso Townhomes in Santee on Mission Gorge Rd. The people living there, are there more young families, couples, seniors? Cost of HOA fees? Pet friendly, what is the pet limit? Are there units still available or have they all been sold? Is it generally a quiet area?

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks so much

we just put our townhome on the market yesterday. Treviso is a GREAT place to live. Lots of young couples starting families mixed with seniors. HOA fees are $175/month and i'm not sure about the pet limit... but a few of my neighbors have large dogs and almost everyone has a cat peeking out the window. It's generally quiet - our unit is on the inside of the complex, you might have more noise if you are on the street side or by the pool. If you are looking, make sure you choose a unit that does not have the neighbors garage door under your kitchen or living room. A few of my neighbors have models like that and apparently it gets annoying when your neighbor is "fixing" their garage door at 10pm. I think there are about 4 on the market right now Good luck!
