legit leasing companies
Hi,
I've been looking since March for apartments for when I move in July. I look on signonsandiego.com as well as craigslist etc. I see nice places, but I was wondering if anyone knew of legitimate leasing agencies as well. I am looking to rent in either Hillcrest, Bankers Hill, North Park, Cortez Hill and even the beach towns like del mar, etc. I am actually pretty flexible,I just want it to be a legit company that's easy to work with and actually gets nice 1 bedrooms or studios around 900-1100 range...
Any help would be appreciated!

When you say "leasing agencies" are you talking about agencies that act as the renters agent and searches for apartments for you? Or are you talking about a company that manages lots of apartments and will help you find something to your liking in one of their complexes?

it's been over two years since your posting, but i'm in the exact same situation as you were. did you ever figure anything out?

Although we did not end up using the services of this company, we had EXCELLENT service from Alyssa Turner from Fjellestad, Barrett & Short in trying to find a rental. At the time, nothing that she had was perfect for us - and we ended up just renting directly from a owner, but I would highly suggest her.
There's also someone that, during our search, I wouldn't suggest because she was awful. I don't really feel right saying negative things about this person publicly.. but feel free to PM me and I'll let you know the name and company if you wish.
