See, this is the problem with Spring Valley. I believe there is a pending gang *****ction against these guys. He's right, SVLS and LM70 are the most obvious crews ruining Spring Valley.

all SV is crime ridden.
Spring valley locos are some dumb ass cholos, who go around stealing cars and robbing people.
Lemon grove isnt much better, ever seen all the tweakers at the trolley station on broadway?
Or all the ghetto gangstas on kenwood drive between SV and casa de oro?
I had my car broken into,my wife had her car stolen,my buddy had his car stolen, and my other bud has his apartment broken into.
I once had my checks stolen from my mail box,my wife was once dragged by her purse at the albertsons in SV,the place where I worked was robbed 3 times in 1 month. My brother had his house broken into,my nephew had his bike stolen.ETC,ETC,ETC
NO THANK YOU,im much happier in Arizona.

Up in the hills of Casa De Oro, or Dictionary Hill in Spring Valley, those are the decent areas. SV proper is bad news.

Hi,
I currently own a home in lemon grove and the area we are in is safe. I mean I feel pretty safe. For the most part on our street and some surrounding the neighborhood is decently taken care of. There are a lot of older people in our neighborhood. True around the trolly station its not too great. We haven't had any problems. There are some safer areas in Lemon Grove and then some you would definitely want to avoid. Overall we don't have complaints about it.

Oh my god is there even a choice here? Bonita is hands down the best (if you want to compare manure to ice cream). Those other places are slums! True, Spring Valley has POCKETS of nice areas (if you don't mind living at the top of a mountain) but really, if you like to sleep peacefully at night, bonita or maybe neighboring Eastlake is the place to be in the South Bay.

Hey Bro I'm from Arizona !

Guess I'll avoid Sprung Valley as the locals call it.

So many convicts there they have to call it Sprung Valley.

Bonita sounds cool.

It's more like "Trash Valley", SVL "Spring Valley Locos" has been around since I was a kid, they have been running La Presa, Spring Valley forever. I remember like 2 or 3 years ago some kid got shot and killed right out front of Horseshoe Liquor, the kid was trying to get away, but sadly he didn't make it. My friend lives like 3 streets down, so it was scary to hear that a murder took place so close to his house.

The really ghetto ass sections of Spring Valley/La Presa, are off Jamacha Rd, and Grand Ave. I mean the place hasn't changed one bit, everything looks exactly the same from 15 years ago. Dictionary hill has some nice homes popping up here and there, but honestly, how in the hell would anybody want to live way the **** up on that hill? Seriously you are so isolated from everything, and not to mention driving your car up and down that steep hill everyday, your brakes and transmission will wear out faster than normal, and it will put an overall strain on vehicles no matter what you drive.

But yeah, don't even think about SPV. Lemon grove is ok, it's just more busy because you have all the stores on broadway, and the trolley. Bonita is the only decent choice.
