Default Looking for something good to eat in San Diego?

If you are looking for some good dishes or meals to eat around San Diego I suggest you check out http://www.dishizzle.com
They got user reviews by the dishes, not just restaurants, pretty cool!

gotta love the spam bots... although that ahi tuna avacado apple salad does look good.

My recommendations for healthy and tasteful eats, while being frugal!...

(remember for some, paying a little bit more is better than paying in the future for exercise, weight loss supps, or medical bills)

1. Sushi: Hive Sushi downtown : www.hivesushilounge.com 3$ rolls happy hour m-s 7-9pm!
2. Free range meat / veggie Salads: point loma www.tendergreensfood.com , order the salads with out special hummous or what not and its half the price
3. Pitas: Pita Pit, Pacific beach: Stats about all US cities - real estate, relocation info, house prices, home value estimator, recent sales, cost of living, crime, race, income, photos, education, maps, weather, houses, schools, neighborhoods, and more . 7$ for a healthy pita
4. Pizza: pizza fusion, hillcrest.. gluten free, and cheeseless options.. www.pizzafusion.com
5. Wine bar: the grape, downtown: 823 5th Avenue, flights and more options than the popular wine steals (should be renamed wallet steals!!)
6. Pie: Dairy - gluten free, 1/2 the price of whole foods... Stats about all US cities - real estate, relocation info, house prices, home value estimator, recent sales, cost of living, crime, race, income, photos, education, maps, weather, houses, schools, neighborhoods, and more , found at hillcrest farmers market
7. hamburger: www.tioliscrazeeburger.com turkey, bison, kangaroo, ostrich, many healthy meats, no trans fat happy hour 4-6 everyday, 7-9 weekends
