My landlord doesn't recycle at all, so bottles can be taken to Vons which is fine, but what about paper? All kinds of paper. Where can I recycle them?

One possibility is to see whether any of your local parks has a recycle bin that accepts paper.

Your landlord doesn't have a bin somewhere for recycling? I thought that was a requirement... maybe only because everywhere I've been I've seen them.

We return our own cans and bottles for the cash. $100 every other month.
Paper really is not green to recycle, any gas used to transport it does not work out with the savings of paper. We toss it.

Why isn't it green? If it is only about gas then I read about taking it to (in this case by foot or bike) to the recreation centers?

Anyone does this?
