Default Burlingame area

We are thinking of buying property in Burlingame. How is the area between Rollins RD and burlingame ave, lexington way and Dwight Rd? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

It's completely safe, just like the rest of Burlingame. Lots of families, people walking dogs, and close to Washington Park and Burlingame Aquatics. There really isn't anything negative you can say about the area.
