Default bright/pastel house colors

Actually, I think pastel or bright house colors can work in certain conditions. I've seen a number of such homes in SF's Sunset District, and it actually is nice because that part of town is often very foggy, so the bright colors lightens up the landscape, so to speak.

I don't get your point. So because the Sunset is smaller, it's less desirable? Please, expand upon your thoughts.
