Default Moving from Seattle

I'm relocating with my wife, 3 children, and a Corgi. I will be attending UCSF and would like a 3-4 bedroom close by. Any thoughts on which areas are safe and affordable - or whom I can contact on the realtor front?

Well anywhere in SF is about as expensive as anywhere else unless you're living in a penthouse in Pacific Heights, there aren't big differences in prices until you get out into the suburbs.

If you are talking about the main Pernassus UCSF campus, I would check out the Inner Sunset and Cole Valley, they are nice areas and close to UCSF.

What does "affordable" mean to you? You're question is terribly vague.

3-4 bedroom house to rent near UCmed will cost you around 4000$ a month. To buy...probably around 1 million. More specifics please!
