Question San Francisco Bay Area

Hello. I hope this is not considered reposting. I posted over in the Classified-Ads forums about this. I am not sure how to word this. I do not really want to just copy and paste what I had put in the other forum. I am 22 years old, 23 early next year. I live in a smallish City and there are hardly any opportunities here. I was born and raised here and I feel stuck. I would really like to experience life in a bigger area and the San Francisco Bay Area seems nice, more or less. I am referring to what is referred to as the Bay Area here: San Francisco Bay Area - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia . I also have another place in mind. This message is just for the San Francisco Bay Area though. I do not have any money or I would just go there. I am a shy, quiet, intelligent being. I do not like conflict and would rather read a book than throw a party. Is there anybody out there who would let me stay with them and I could help them with whatever. I would like to volunteer in the community I move to and so I can get a feel of the City. Plus I would like to take Community College Courses. I just need help with getting a start. Please be kind if/when replying. I know this is a crazy idea..

Oh great. You will be the next moron I get to investigate for being "raped." "Oh gee. I am sorry. I didn't know the 50 yr old, who has a one bedroom and one bed, said I could stay with him for free, as long as I shared bed, meant I would have to have sex with him..."

And you people wonder, you wonder WHY there are victims in this world? Can you say: Stupid/moron?

You cannot just move over with no money and think it's better than what you have right now.

You think you feel "stuck" now? Wait until you're living in a shelter or under a freeway because you were naive enough to think you could somehow "make it" on pure spec.

You really think some nice stranger on a message board is going to "take you in" so you can get a start on life? The truth is not kind and it might actually save your life if you heed the warnings now.

your idea is CRAZY

you expect a total stranger to let you live with them for nothing? and pay for your travel expenses too? how are you going to pay for your college courses? even if you had enough money to get here you would just end up on the streets trying to get money to buy a bus ticket back home.

it's almost like your pan handling for a place to stay right now, sounds really desperate

Get a job here, you do not want to be mooching off people. If you can't get a job, go to college in your town until the recession gets better, then it will be easier to move here and get a job.
