LOL...Not only is the budget gap way higher in CA, they managed to achieve the gap with the highest level of taxation among any US states. So keep things in perspective please... TX has one of the lowest budget gaps even without income tax. TX also has much lower fees for all state services and subsidizes higher education at a much higher level than CA and TX school system ranks way higher than CA. UC system is bankrupt but UT is not! Seriously, what does CA do with all the money?

No ****! That has been my question since I moved here. Is it all going to pad the pockets of govt. officials and pay for the lifestyle of all the uninsured disabled drug users who make a life out of living off of the disability that all Californians pay into? Sad that I have seen so many people claiming disability that should be in prison for false claims in this State....milking the system is the most serious offense taking place in California. Why would anyone vote for or support this crap!

sory about the cold, I just thought you were as bad as me. I get up early every morning and then wonder why I fall asleep at 8pm or so each night.
