Does it matter that the info on city-data.com about my home doesn't match reality
The data on the property I rent says this:
Number of stories: 1
Number of units: 1
Number of rooms: 5
Number of bathrooms: 1
But in reality the house has two stories, 7 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms! Those stats are accurate for the original house, for sure, but definitely don't reflect reality.
I'm just curious if this is fine? Is my landlord breaking some rules, or paying less in taxes than he should be or any either sheisty practice along those lines? Or does this website simply reflect what the property originally looked like?
Thanks for any answers!

I would use a more real estate focused site for better insight on your house. Redfin maybe?

I'm not even sure where city-data corrections can be sent, but I've seen egregious errors about entire cities.
One that comes to mind is that for Kiryas Joel, NY, the religious breakdown shows 75% Catholic. Anyone who knows that town knows that it is virtually entirely inhabited by Hassidic Jews.
