This is sooooo pathetic and sad. Sheriff Arpaio actually started out as a really good law enforcement official, he put in some very novel and effective community policing programs that worked. Unfortunately somewhere along the way he lost his perspective and became a mad publicity hound, drunk on power.

Apparently you have never been to Bisbee, the town is San Francisco without the surrounding towns. No one from the Phoenix area ever comes here except to get their pictures taken by the border fence, then bthey rush back to Mesa or Surprise.
