I need to be by the 16th and Mission BART station by 12:30pm tomorrow and am driving from the Sacramento area. Can anyone recommend a BART station in the east bay that likely won't have a full parking lot by that time? I don't mind a station with a $1 parking fee, as long as I have a place to park!

Possibly any Berkeley station that is not the downtown one (North Berkeley or Ashby) or El Cerrito.

There's two approaches you can take here. If you want to take I-80, then you should park at El Cerrito Plaza. It's close to I-80 and has lots of spaces. If you want to take I-680 for an easier and shorter drive, try the new West Dublin/Pleasanton station. I believe if you get off 680 at Dublin Blvd it'll take you right to the parking lot.

You're pushing it trying to find a spot at 8 a.m. Any unclaimed reserved spots open at 10, that'd be your best shot. That or take Amtrak to Richmond.

I have always been able to park in the middle of the day at the North Concord station. Big parking lot.

Oh yeah, that's a much better idea than West Dublin.
