Lake Merced by far. Mission Terrace, Bayview/Indian Basin/Hunters Point, Outer Sunset, Outer Richmond.
Most of the early 20s crowd can't afford to live in Mission so they get pushed out (Mission/Portrero area). The Panhandle/Haight-Ashbury and Tenderloin areas are also popular. Of those areas Haight-Ashbury probably has the largest number of early-mid 20s. Outer Sunset is popular because the rents are cheap and the proximity to SFSU. Marina is definitely the late 20s and more like 30-45 crowd.
