So I made this chart from data obtained from the Oakland Museum of CA as well as Onboard LLC for population and average income stats.

Anyway, many will immediately notice the omission of Rockridge, which city maps state belongs to North Oakland(which I suppose makes sense, sorta)

Also, I included Piedmont because its completely surrounded by Oakland and connects the Northwest and Lower Hills districts, but I did separate them in the final totals for those who want to know just the Oakland tally.

I will be making another chart for the flatlands and downtown shortly but its rather tiime consuming since Oakland has 128 neighborhoods. LOL.

The fact that there are so many Hills neighborhoods imo is due largely to the steep and hilly terrain that naturally separates inhabitable areas into spread out sections.

Any suggestions or corrections are welcome.

In any event, here is the Hills.

Makes sense to me. "Lower Rockridge" isn't really the hills. I don't know what the line exactly is but it is definitely related to upper Broadway.

I'm also curious why Grand Lake & Lakeshore are grouped in with the Hills, when they're right in the middle of town.
