Default Best places to meet girls in San Francisco?

So I know this thread is going to get a lot of sarcastic responses, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyways.

I've already chatted up a few not-too-bad looking women on the Caltrain on my way to work, but I'd love any ideas on where to meet good-looking women in the City over the weekends.

I'm specifically interested in White, Asian, Middle-Eastern, Hispanic and Indian women. I'm not into hipster or goth chicks, only yuppie types or students.

What are some good neighborhoods, activities, clubs I could join? or some bars/clubs I could frequent to meet the aforementioned kinds of chicks?

The best way to meet quality people is to be the type of person those girls want.

If you are already that person, then just go out a lot. You'll meet people everywhere.

Meetup.com is good to find out about new events. A lot of couples met through there.

HTH :-)

LOL. Like everyone here said check out teh marina.

Also union square (downtown) is a good place to find hot chicks during the day. If your a real "go getter" type of guy who picks up girls off the street. Tough going though believe me. It's like hitting a wall of ice sometimes hehe.

Here is some more info on the Marina area: San Francisco's Marina Green and the Presidio Park

There's a short list of places on Union Street and surrounding streets. Take a bus, parking is impossible.

LOL...you guys are hilarious.

The best way to "meet girls" are actually through mutual friends. So make some friends in the City and go to a lot of parties.

What the others said. Also lose the words "chicks" and "girls" from your vocabulary, especially if you're looking for professional women. Good luck! I used to live in the Marina. It was lots of fun.

I keep scrutinizing the women in the Marina vs. other equivalently affluent neighborhoods, and I swear I am not seeing any difference in looks. Is the unspoken word I'm missing "single"?

What can I say? The bus ride is boring...
