Default San Francisco daily weather transition

Is this really how the daily San Francisco weather is?

I don't understand the question - that's just 4 pictures of different times of day. What 'weather' are you talking about?

In the winter, yes. The air inland and at the coast is at about the same temperature. There are sometimes clouds associated with storm systems, but this year we have had very little rain. Come summer, when there are huge gradients of temperatures of the coast vs. the inner valleys, and there is more fog, and so you won't see crystal clear days like that very often that time of year.

This is my personal favorite time of the year for weather in the bay area. The rain is starting to go away (not that we had any this winter), the sun is setting later every day, visibilities are generally good, and it's still cool enough around the bay area/state that there isn't fog at the coast. Hiking this time of year is perfect. Hopefully the tourists never figure this out and just keep coming in the summer...

Me too. Spring and Fall have the best weather here. Summer isn't very summery and winter is rainy and I don't like rain. But the light is so great here in the spring and fall. Really crisp. And the weather is great.
