It depends on how you look at it. My friend in Los Feliz was telling me yesterday how she misses the weather in San Francisco and hates the weather in LA. I think she's crazy - I'd take LA weather over SF any day, but sadly (for Angelenos), weather has little impact on the quality of life and the makings of a great city (which LA is not)... so the only thing LA beats SF on (for my liking) is weather...and I would never move to LA. Maybe San Diego - that's much nicer than LA and has even better weather.

I agree with that. I actually love driving down to LA and SD, but hard to see myself living there. The main reason is because it's just too damn spread out.

Ohh yeah, it must be lovely to breathe the fresh LA air on a nice day. I just read a study that said 6000 people in LA died in 1996 because of particulate air pollution.

im just not a fan of all the crackheads and homeless people.... and the fact its do damn expensive and some places dont even have yards... im planning on moving at the beginning of next yr but thats just because of personal issues... id love to stay

Haha. I feel the same sentiment about SF. I was there a year ago for a wedding. I flew in from Boston where the weather was absolutely beautiful with temperatures in the 70s. When I got to SF, for the entire weekend, it was gray and dull and temperatures never made it above 59 degrees. Talk aout SUCK. And the wedding was outdoors.
You can have SF. Would NEVER live there. EVER!!! Which is how most Californians feel.

I guess if you don't like the weather you could live back east, 90 degrees with 90 percent humidity in the summer and below 0 in the winter.
