My point is that you intentionally focus on places where housing is extremely expensive compared to the median Oakland income. You know large parts of the city are not like those areas, but you don't care to mention them unless challenged to do so.

Yes I am purposely doing exactly the opposite of what you're doing. Once again challenging you to admit that there are nice expensive areas of Oakland.

Which I never denied in the first place (and in fact have mentioned numerous times before). So in effect, you made up an argument that didn't really exist.

Sorry Doc, i was just confused as to why you chose those particular streets. no one mistakenly goes down those streets so most people wouldn't get that impression right off the back. At least not from those particular streets. I could even understand if you said International, Hegenberger, Broadway, Telegraph, Grand, or Lakeshore. Streets that people who aren't from around here wind up on by default while going places within the city. Those would be streets that people get their impression from in my opinion.

I picked streets from my own personal experiences. I've actually mentioned Broadway and Hegenberger before as well.

Why on earth would you be driving down San Leandro, Siminary, or MacArthur in the 100s if you live in Lafayette? im not trying to grill you im just curious. i live in the city and NEVER drive down half the roads you listed. I don't live in those areas and there is nothing off of those streets i would be going to so why would you even be on those roads? Maybe work related i would suspect?

I don't live or work in Oakland, but I have been on San Leandro Street near the Coliseum to go to a first-time homebuyer's workshop. That was one time only during the day though.

I'll answer for him, because Doc aka Mr. Fantastic is an Anti Oakland troll that googles the rough area's of Oakland and claims to have gone to them all in order to make a point about how horrible Oakland is. Google Maps is the best thing to ever happen to him. He went from claiming to have two PhD's from Berkeley and living in Mission Viejo to now living in Lafayette. He's a complete and utter liar and troll.
