From what I hear, the cops pretty much let anything fly, but are super hard on anything traffic or car related.

Funny part about that old 'law' was the suggestion that the fines should increase with the offender's weight. I get your point, though. I have seen naked men masturbating in front of police, with no ticket issued (it would be for the lewd conduct, not the nudity) but countless tickets issued for parking violations.
