Sorry I need to correct myself. The Warriors are 94%---the Raiders are 86% which is the same as the Washington Redskins and St Louis Rams.

If the rate to avoid local tv blackouts has been decreased from 100% to 85%--then it looks like we squeak right through.

Hmm, maybe the Rams will relocate back to LA with attendance being low?

I thought the Redskins seasons would have their fans more excited than that turnout.

I think the Raiders should get a "crazy fan" bonus of 5 percent. Bumping them up to a safer 91%.
